Well I'm afraid that is apsolutely incorrect at this QTH
Windows 7 works like a charm with Winpack. There is no way I would return
to XP after using W7.
You must be doing something wrong. Also lots of programs they say don't
work with W7 is also incorrect as lots and lots do. I have an old copy of
Microsoft Publisher 98 that works perfectly with W7.
You need to try programs before condeming them.
I have never heard of W7 being replaced with XP over here. Once you have
got used to 7 you wouldn't go back. I have a dual boot system here and I
have only booted into XP once in the last few months, and that was just to
see if it still worked.
I dare say we will get some more feed back on this subject
