Hi! I am using my KPC-2 and Winpack for years now.
But last week tuning over the 2M band on a seperate receiver I noticed a
weak carrier on 145.625.
On switching Packet system off, the carrier dissapeared.
The carrier is from my KPC-2, it has 2 xtals in it 2.4576mhZ & 7.3728mhZ
gUESS ITS THE 20TH HARMONIC OF THE 7.3728 XTAL.
Can anyone using a KPC-2 TNC please check 145.625 to see if their TNC is
radiating this carrier on that Freq, & let me know.
Any other Ideas??.
