Re installing Winpac on Windows 7 RC, I think most of the problem
is the heavy amount of security built in. Even programs it likes, on
starting install, a warning comes up as " do you really want to make
changes to this computer?"
Sometimes you can fool it by putting protection "OFF" or by right
clicking on the install and ask for "Log in as Administrator"
The things I don't like about 7, is the burrowing one has to do. Just to
find a simple thing like "create a restore point" etc etc
Its a bit like most of the new rigs these days, where you need to have
the handbook on hand, just to find out how to save a memory etc. My 897D
has about 100 options!
XP was so easy!!! Long live and load anything, XP. I think programmers
should adopt our KISS? "Keep it Simple Stupid!
