That's quite interesting, actually - I wonder if VK2TV's personal mail to 
you comes through OK ?

Right...

Ray (for a third time), if you want to issue me with a password so I can 
try my WinPack installation, I will take screen-shots of my config and e-
mail them over to Bob so he can see a working (ie: non daft) config.

I'll also post my findings here.

Bob (for the nth time), have you changed the BBS Prompt setting or are you 
still using a single chevron character ?  Did you actually change the 
setting to something like I suggested ?

It's all very well asking for help but if you don't try the options 
suggested and/or refuse them on on the grounds of:

a) that it "worked for 12years beforehand"

b) "there are no daft settings, please don't ask for my INI file"

c) "i wasn't interested in light pens"

...then that's just plain, err, daft innit.
