Do you still have the "dropped character" problem ?
If so then you need to follow G4IDE's instructions on how to cure that.
It's many years since I read them but Roger went into great detail and
stressed the importance of curing that problem.
Is it possible that a dropped character is causing the truncated
bulletin problem ?
A Windows Update could have altered a critical ( to Winpack ) timing
parameter. Maybe that's why it's only just happened to you.
