-It is useless altering my .ini files and other files since I am using
-Ray's which works fine for him . I installed the whole of the Winpack
-version that Ray is using with all his settings except my personal details
-and all to no avail. The problem remained.

If Ray configured his setup to automatically download his own bulletins
from eg. a forwarding partner so he could check them, this means that
Bob will now also auto-download all of Ray's bulletins.
That would cause problems since Bob wouldn't have a "from VK2TV" list
since he presumably changed it to "from VK6BE". His Winpack would be
forced to find somewhere to stash Ray's bulletins. I saw this happen
years ago when I failed to provide a list for my own bulletins after a
restart, and the auto-download overwrote existing bulletins.
