Hi All,
The prompt at VK2TV is the same as it has been since 1996, and it is in
exact accord with the help document in Winpack. Here is the prompt,
surrounded by brackets (VK2TV BBS>)
It has worked perfectly with Winpack for more years than I care to
remember.
Yes, something appears to have changed and I suspect it is in local
Winpack installations. I can read messages perfectly with TSTHWIN, albeit
as an ax25 connection via a udp link, and I can telnet the bbs using
either putty or the command prompt, and read messages without a problem.
When my visitors go home I will be able to continue investigations.
