Chances are that my message contained the exact same trigger that WinPack 
looks for as the BBS prompt.  If you only specify a chevron in the WinPack 
setting then the chances of reliably downloading bulletins are pretty slim.

I didn't expect you to be - that wasn't the purpose of me asking you to 
download it.  The rivetting subject matter of that message was not the idea 
of downloading it, it was the lone chevron in it that I expected would trip 
your WinPack up.  That would have been a simple test message but never mind 
- You know best.

It's the same as if you put SAUSAGES in the prompt setting - as soon as 
somebody posted a BBQ recipe then you'd have problems with that SB, too!

You'll probably now say that you aren't interested in recipes, either but 
that isn't the issue ;)
