That's because the Netrom links are broken, You just end up in a blind
alley, you have to be a little more crafty to get to VK2TV BBS.

I had a look around VK2TV BBS last night, my route seemed to be a number
of connections around the globe before ending up at VK2TV-1.

The BBS prompt that I got was :-

(1) VK2TV BBS (A ...... Z) >
(where ...... replaces the complete list of letters between A and Z).

I read bulletins with no problems , from VK6BE, VK2TV , GM7HUD, G6KUI, etc.
and also tried Yapping a binary file from Ray's files area, all successful.

If I can do it from the other side of the world with no problems whatsoever,
why do others have problems ,but then I neither used Telnet nor Winpack.

It begs the question WHY do people use Telnet and Winpack ?
