Hi Winpac fans,
At last I use Winpac\Telnet with Vista Home Basic.
I down loaded a file called: 'Windows Speed Secrets'. Many hints for
speeding up XP or Vista.
Here are some of the hints for Vista:
1. Shutdown search indexing.
2. Disable Automatic Disk Defragmenting.
3. Disable Automatic Windows Defender operation.
4. Turn-off un-needed features.
5. Disable unused services.
6. Shut down remote differential compression.
7. Shutoff Hibernation.
I do not know which one of these has done the trick to run Winpack\Telnet.
