Hi Frank..
Probably Vista and winpack together.
Winpack is an old program that was written for windows 3.1(1) at the time.
I think Vista is to new and Winpack to old.
Maybe you could try Tsthwin this worked ok with win XP Winpack also runs ok in XP.
Maybe something to try..
