Winpwait is sent in one part of 7 Plus. It is a file created by Roger
G4IDE (SK). It delays the start up of Winpack by a variable number of
seconds in a command line.
I have found it to be very useful when running Winpack ver 6.8 with AGWpe.
Winpack would often start up and fail because AGWpe hadn't finished
loading up before Winpack was automatically started up from AGWpe.
Winpwait overcomes this issue by del;aying the start of Winpack by 30
seconds (I actually have mine set for ten seconds).
