Hi Bob and all,
It looks more and more every day a first impression can be the wrong
impression. You're right about one thing though, Vista was the biggest
bomb since the Bravo test. (Look it up.) Instead of fixing it with
customers already having a bad taste in the mouth (poor marketing
strategy) they revamped the whole thing and rebadged it Windows 7. I'm
beginning to figure that out, the 32 bit version uses components of XP
and the 64 bit one components of Vista, follow the bit trail to coin a
phrase.
Oh and BTW so far I haven't found any bugs in Win 7, only buggy people
stumbling over something that doesn't follow in the tracks of what went
before. Now maybe Steve Jobs had something to do with it? This may come
as a surprise to those who don't keep up with MacIntosh and missed the
announcement, Apple and Microsoft are now partners.
Here it comes, I'm expecting to hear "well, if you can't beat 'em join
'em" but if it comes it will come from those not following the news. It
was a wise business move, Steve is well known for his business savvy and
everything he does turns a profit.
