Why does your response have nothing to do with what you quoted? Why are
you whipping a dead horse? The old grey mair just ain't what she used to
be, she's dead. Don't you think we all know by now you don't like 7 and
it's time to move on? <bork>
Well it may not all be done for you, some shy away from a little work.
It's easier than you think putting an icon on the desktop, just open the
main folder and if need be poke around in the sub folders until you find
the .exe file. Then right click on it and select "send to" in the pop up
menu, click on "desktop (create shortcut)" and you'll have your icon
right there on the desktop. No thumbs down to MS, wrong didgit on the
mouse.
Seems to me some have become lazy while others started late in the game.
You guys would really have a tussle with DOS and early versions of
Windows where you had to MANUALLY set up the computer's hardware and
write command strings, etc. 7 makes you do a little work and you freak
out, if you thumbs down Microsoft do it right, Windows makes you lazy and
just a bit stupid. Heads up world, computers have taken over while you
slept, wake up before the robots revolt cuz Wil Smith can't save you.
