Hi Barry it may be one of those files in startup?
Hit start then run and type in msconfig A panel will come up and
click on last item startup.
Go thru each item and look if that troublesome file name is
listed and if so untick then ok and restart the computer.
Another very good reg fix is REGISTRY MECHANIC which is
sometimes a freebee listed on magazine discs and has often fixed
faults here.
