Hi all,
Some Microsoft Windows "oops!".
Did you know that Windows, right down to Dos 6.22, will not let you create
a Direcctory/file/folder with the name...CON
Try this...Open an empty Notepad file. Type "Bush hid the facts" (without
the quotes), save it as whatever you want. Close it, and re-open it.
The writing appears as blocks!...Strange?.
Next...open Microsoft Word, and type the following...=rand(200,99) then
press ENTER.
What you will get is 235 pages of text reading..."The quick brown fox jumps
over the lazy dog", over and over!.
I am running Windows 98se and have Microsoft Word 2000, I could not get this
to happen?, but the Dir ("CON") was not possible.
Anybody have any other "oops" to add?.
