Whilst looking at the XP Desktop, try pressing F1. That is an alternative way
to fire H&S up.
> The same with: START->ALL Programs->ACCESSORIES->System Tools->System
> Information.... nothing happens.
Try right clicking on the above and looking at 'Properties'. The file should
point to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo\msinfo32.exe"
