Plans for the JOTA weekend are almost in place. This year the club has been
advised that between 300 to 400 scouts will be at Murrenbong. Don't forget
that Peter VK4TAA has invited all radio clubs in the South East Queensland

orjust to see what and how the Club is doing.
Gary VK4FGAZ will be the co-ordinator for the scouts in & out of the camp site.
There will also be the chance for scouts and cubs to complete their
communications badges.
So please mark 18th & 19th October in your calendars as this is a big weekend
for the scouts and promoting the hobby to approx 30 scouts per hour that will
visit the campsite.

8am. It will be a full day with 3 projects occurring simultaneously.
Dey will require as many people as possible to assist with the 3 projects.
Please set this day aside for the working bee. It will be all hands on deck
to complete the tasks by end of day.
