Date : 22 / 12 / 2014

Author : Jim Linton - VK3PC

The fourth road trip by wife and husband team Julie VK3FOWL and Joe VK3YSP
begins on Friday December 26, lasts seven days and visits 17 Eastern Victoria
National Parks for the Keith Roget Memorial National Parks Award.
Some 14 locations also qualify for the World Wide Flora and Fauna Award.

The pair will activate some mountain peaks too for the Summits On the Air
Award. Julie and Joe travelling some 2,400 kms will be on air between
7am and 9pm (AEDT), listening 7090 while mobile and activating
National Parks on 7100 and 14244kHz.

The pair's itinerary will be alerted on the ParksNPeaks website.
Progress is via the Automatic Packet Reporting System. Depending on the
fire weather conditions, others may be portable from the National Parks
too during early summer.
