Forecast Discussion
An upper level through that has been in control of the weather the past few days will continue to weaken and lift north as a strong area of Bermuda high pressure builds in from the southeast. As this occurs, an area of low pressure at the surface will continue to exit towards the Canadian Maritimes today as high pressure builds in at the lower levels as well. For today though, remaining low level moisture will interact with the northern disturbance allowing for summit fog early before lifting to fair weather cumulus for the later half of the day. As the sun sets, this layer will become inverted bringing some fog back before clearing towards sunrise tomorrow. As the high crests in tomorrow, drier air will allow fog free conditions and mostly sunny skies with the exception of some high clouds moving in from the south.
