Does anyone know where I may find a listing of all Garmin GPS units that have NMEA output?
I have tried the Garmin website, but have not been able to locate any information.
Thanks,
Joe

I dont know about all of them, but the Etrex series all have NMEA. Such as the Legend, Vista, Summit, ect. Not the C, (color) version. I use my Legend and Vista for connecting to my D700 and my TH-D7,
Good Luck

Nearly all Garmin GPS receivers offer NMEA 0183 formatted position data. A list of the noncompliant models would be considerably shorter.

When I registered with UI View several years ago, I was given 2 numbers--------one of which I was told would be used in the future. Will this "Future" number ever be used?

At this point in time, that's highly unlikely, since further
development of the program will not happen.

Hi Nigel and Happy New Year to you and yours. See Peter got back to Saint John ok yesterday. I have been using my secondary uiview number for several years so I suspect you may be on the second one as well. If you would like me to look up the old and new to help you determine for sure please let me know, maybe give me a call at home phone#.
I am still kicking around the idea of a mike for my D7. I see comments in the manual about adding a non-stock mike but I am very wary about experimenting. Perhaps you could remind me again of your solution to that issue. I think you or Peter are(is) using such a mike. Thanks for any help and again, call me if I can help about the # issue., 73 de Rod, VE1BSK.
