This bulletin is a test one that should only be delivered to Eastern Pennsylvania (EPA).
In an effort to better communicate with BBS's around Central PA and surrounding areas,
we are looking for SYSOPS to configure their BBS's to forward EPA bulls to only local BBS's.
Hierarchical Routes (Flood Bulls) for each local BBS should contain EPA in addition to the AT fields containing EPA.
