RESISTOR.EXE is a programme that decodes a resistor colour code into a
resistance value plus a tolerance, or encodes a resistance value plus a
tolerance into a colour code.
There are three 7+ files of 6.75 kb. It's a DOS programme that will run in
windoze up to, and including xp but, as far as I know, not vista.
