Seems we have quite a hotch potch of experiences.

I suppose one thing is for sure, some NiMh's suffer high discharge rate
(but able to supply the amphour capacity), and others have low self
discharge rates and still supply the amphour capacity.

The problem is you don't know what this quality is like until you've
tried them. And after that I doubt you'd get your money back ;-)

Or I suppose if one was to enquire, and if they have a self discharge rate
even after the vendor has assured you they don't then I suppose you could
get your money back.

Also - no vendor ever packages or sells their product with such specs,
only amp hour capacity which makes holding anyone to account problematical.

Unless anyone has tried otherwise ?
