Subject: RJ45 vs FCC68 ?

Can anyone tell me what the difference is in these connectors ?

I'm about to purchase a crimp tool, to be used to repair the various
microphones here in the shack that use RJ45's (ICOM 706 / FT817 et al).

Prices seem to vary considerably.

I get the impression (so far) that a crimp tool for the FCC68 connector
is the same as for ther RJ45, but I'm wary to make a purchase until
I know if there is a difference.
