Ian G0TEZ asked.....
}
} Simple question: How do I change/setup my codepage ?
}
} My current OS is Windows XP Pro. With previous PCs I had AUTOEXEC.BAT and
} CONFIG.SYS in which to set up a codepage, usually 437 for the UK but,
} occasional 850 (international.)
}
} XP doesn't have these files. Do we still have a codepage and, if so, how
} do I set change it ? It must be hiding somewhere.
}
} TNX in advance, Ian.

And Andy GM7HUD commented on it, but as Andy said, Ian would not have seen it.

I'm not sure what you Ian are trying to do, but a good starting point is
given in "Windows XP help".

Just type "code page" into the input box and press enter.
It will explain it all to you.
