Jose et al;

OLD duplicate bulletins are getting into the network once again because N2NOV
is injecting the network with expired mail and inaccurate bids to which by
BBS spec, other JNOS systems is replacing with its own BID.

Reading one bulletin that's active:
Date: 08 Dec 12 11:12:00 GMT <----
Message-Id: <mepls9hb9eas@gb7cip.bbs>
From: hb9abx@hb9eas.che.eu
To: tech@ww
Subject: new soundcard interfac

11 year old bulletins, especially in JNOS, *need* to be purged by the expire
command. I would suggest in the interim, if you forward with N2NOV BBS, to
stop until Charles can get this rectified.

I've had no choice but to do that. I'm sure other will find they will have to
cease forwarding with N2NOV as well until this gets cured.
