It's difficult to tell what software is doing this however someone is changing
subject lines to "F>" again:

I can only guestimate that it's a BPQ system that is the cause of this.
Perhaps a ram leak where the subject is getting placed where an R: line
should go since the subject line appears within the R: lines.

The good news is that it appears the BID is not getting changed :)
