Hi Roy,

I don't see the individual sysop as being the sole problem.

There have been many bbs programs over the 25 year history of packet and I
can't recall another program that has presented these problems, over and
over again.

Any bbs software that is so poorly written that it allows this to happen
should not be used. Given that there have been examples of bulletin
duplication for a long time with Open BCM, the sysops who use it must
shoulder some of the blame for making an inappropriate choice.
