Every time I discover a station changing BIDs that station gets added to my
reject file in both the From and BID columns, and is also added to
m_filter. I only hold for review, Idon't delete because most of these
occurances are brief.

As for OpenBCM, ask the authors why their product is responsible,
repeatedly.
