First, my name is Arjan, that is with 2 A's.
According to the law, everyone is allowed to listen to radio amateur frequencies.
With the same rules and regulations as listening to comercial broadcasting stations.
As you know, we are allowed to copy and redistribute this public contents to other
media, if we don't forget to post the source of this information.
All those public available bullitins have a source, your or mine callsign.
I have setup a great archieve system google. I am not in the mood of creating an
archieve system, if I know there are better systems available and also cheaper.
