I also have a solution for the recent no-ip trouble.
2 months ago, I have started a linuxnode and FBB server on my server which
is located into a data center in Montreal. I've currently two axip
partners, VE2HOM and F1OYP. VE2HOM has a static ip so no trouble with him
but F1OYP has effectively a (screwed) no-ip.org domain.
However, since my system is located into the data center, that's also
means that i has a static IP too, so I can accept ANY axip partner, fixed
IP or not.
Is you would be interested, contact me either here or at
ve2jos@ve2jos.qc.ca and I'll set up a link with you. If you have a static
IP I'll add you with your static IP, if not, i'll add you with the
autolearn feature. NO no-ip, dyndns or any other DDNS required!!!
I accept the following three types of connection, native AXIP, AXUDP port
93 and AXUDP port 10093.
By the way I've a FBB BBS so if you looking for a forwarding partner I
also accept them.
