I can tell you how - at least - to HOLD old bulletins.
You do this by putting to use a small FBB utility by KE0WO called M_FILTER
which you probably still will be able to find on his website.
In the file M_FILTER.WRD you list all the R-LINES (and WORDS) contained in
bulletins you want to check before you pass them on.
