Hi Mike,

I'm not on a "witch hunt" against people who are too lazy or too inexperienced
to set up their BBS's correctly. Anyone can make mistakes, and clearly this
is a problem caused by more than one BBS.

If there's a will to do something about it, then we can educate and REJECT.
But I suspect no-one really cares.
