I don't know which is worst, the old recycled bulletins, or a certain UK
BBS which has everyone who logs into it set as having sysop status even if
they have never used that bbs before. Not even a password required to do
so. Whoever is running that system is begging for problems, especialy if a
pirate operator logs on.
