Hi Dave, Peter, Paula and the others making observations.

One thing that has not been raised. 

Is the numerous Internet Search Engines trawling all the Internet Web and
FTP Sites.  Including those set up and run by private inviduals.

I see from my logs, IP addresses of search engines from the Western World 
and also from the Far East. Trawling through my public web content.
Unless blocked by my filters.

I would make the observation that this will also apply to all the BBS's
systems that convert the Bulletins on the fly to HTML on their Web Servers.  

To be made available from the Internet, and all these search engines to
download in to thier cache disk/memory 'cloud' storage.

sigh! it's all in the public domain...
