Greetings all from the tropical north
i am originally a KIWI having first aquired a ham radio license there.
One of the golden ruiles that was preached back in the early 70's was
"if it goes to air, its free to air"
in other words as soon as it is broadcast it open for anyone to receive
it and do what they wish with it.
i feel that today the same applies to the internet and the moment i finish
typing this and send it off it bocomes world property. Not that anyones
going to give a buggar about my ramblings.
So as a sysop in the 90's and now a sysop again that whatever we send for what ever reason
we have absolutely no control over once it leaves the keyboard.
So as long as we keep this in mind every time we type something for world ears
why should it be a problem?
cheers and seasons greetings to all
