Sorry to disapoint you Angela but I (or anyone else) does not need your
permission.

In the UK, everything sent by amateur radio has to be in the clear ( not
encrypted ), where anyone, licenced or unlicenced, has the right to receive
anything sent on the amateur frequencies. They certainly don't have to login
to read what you or anyone else has written.

They can if they wish, monitor any forwarding frequency or user frequency
and retain whatever they want.

By sending it out on amateur radio you have put it in the public domain.
