It has been accepted for many years. Using BPQ simply go to Forwarding and put ALLUS:USA into the Alias' section and save usin
g the LEFT button. Not the one under the individual forwarding rules.
EVERYONE needs to do this.
You can also put an alias in for stuff like ARL, ARRL, AMSAT and others. You can usee any valid hierarchical path. i.e. AMSAT:W
