Hi to ZL Sysops,
The forwarding fault with the ZL1AB BBS link to ZL2AQY is found!
It was a faulty power supply & a dead floating battery at the ZL2AQY end
of the Xrouter link. There was a ton of hum on the signal & low float
voltage.
Eddie ZL2AQY is off to the shops Saturday morning to get some new 2N3055s
& other parts needed. The dead car battery is to be discarded & Eddie has
another battery to use across the power supply (once it is fixed).
So once you get this message the forwarding link will be repaired.
Forwarding has been a problem on & off for a month or two. Initially it
was thought to be radio related or to do with wet weather.
