Being the sender of the original message I looked this up and as a matter of 
fact, the message was inadvertently addressed privately to LU9DCE instead as 
a WW Bul. What I don't fully understand is why it is looping, so, do what 
Lee has done and apologies for the incident.

I will double check tomorrow to make sure it is properly formatted.
