If anyone is interested in exploring the possibilities of RF backbone for
HF forwarding, we have started a new Groups.io for this purpose. This RF
backbone is not to replace AXIP but to offset it if there is ever a wide
area outage of the internet.
There are a few of us who are having great success using VARA HF for this
purpose.
