Hi Kurt,
Have you had any luck on 2 meter sstv ? I am trying to
get people to try it on 2 meters in the Boston area.
there is a repeater that is very quiet here .
I got permission to run on the repeater.
Maybe you can try that too.

Hello:

Just getting started w/MMSTV. I've received my own transmission on 2
meters but have heard no one else on 145.500 . Is there any activity
on 2 in the Detroit area?

I've copied some pix on 14.230 but haven't gotten the transmit
interface working on that rig yet.

Hoping to capture some images from ISS next month.

Hi. I have run MMSSTV on simplex in the Gloucester area on FM with
great success.
FM is very clear, but it may be best to set up a sked first.
25 miles north of Boston. Good luck!

No, I haven't heard anyone on 2. I talked to a coup[le of folks in
Windsor that had copied my SSTV CQ. They indicated that it had pretty
much all died off here on 2. They were very excited to hear about the
ISS SSTV plan for october tho. Perhaps that will spur some activity.
There are LOTS of repeaters here that are dead 95% of the
time--perhaps I'll check on that.

Well...I got the interface setup to the Drake HF set and finally
copied some pix on 20. It got alot better after I tuned in my own
signal and set the card clock and offset.

Worked the UK this afternoon for a first ever multi-picture QSO. I
ran out of pictures and templates so now I need to make up a few
standard replies and a variety of pix.

2a. Any soundcard updates

Hello to the group, Anyone know if there is any work being done on
MMSSTV to change the Sound Card settings like the new version of MMTTY?

The new version of MMTTY lets you choose differant sound sources on
inputs and outputs to use with VAC (Virtual Audio Cables) and the Flex
5000 radios as well as other devices.

Thanks

Hi. Mako-san is about finished with MMSSTV so I would not expect any
new modifications to the program.
You can use the soundcard device setting to modify the order of
soundcards in the Options setting of MMSSTV.

Um, I bet somebody could take Mako's MMW103 Client side code and adapt
it to open serial ports in a more sensible manner. It'd probably be on
the order of 20 or so hours of work.
