SSTV Explorer looks like it will do the trick.
40 bucks though.

Subject: [MM-SSTV] how could I see old recorded sstv QSO in
SC1 48sec or 96 sec Quasi color mode?

  hello
I have old tapes with several QSO I have made in SC1 48sec and 96 sec
  quasi mode.
This mode seems not to be implemented in MM-SSTV. How could I see again
that old pictures recorded 20 years ago? I have found no software that
can do that. Do someone know a software solution? or have I missed
  something with MM-SSTV?
  thanks

Some SC modes in MMSSTV.
Right click on a button in RX mode column and select an SC mode.
Hope it works for you.

Thanks for your answer, but I have already tried, MMSSTV don't have
SC1 Quasi modes. It don't work.
I continue to search...
