All I could tell You Jackie, is save it to your hard drive from
either the RX window , or the History window. Just right click on
it and you should see a Save to File. But if you can't make out
what the picture is in the first place, I wouldn't even bother
trying to fix or salvage it.

Hi Jackie,
If the problem is that the slant is wrong then you can set
"auto slant correction". Click on the "RX" tab, right click and check
"auto slant...". This will correct the picture if the sender has the
wrong slant settings. If ALL pix have this problem then the problem
is with your sound card settings. Ask again and we will walk you
through the setup of your sound card.
