Hello any Packeteers in Southern Ontario, Canada and the USA states.
Last night, Saturday, July 17th.,2010 at close to 2330hrs EST
my wife spotted, a meterorite with a white tailing, coming in from
the south east and fading from view approximately dead south of
our location here in Jackson's Point, on the south side of Lake Simcoe.
We thought there might be more, so we stayed out until the wee hours
looking ad waiting, but it seemed the only interesting stuff was
satellites moving from there to there...no meteorites or showers.
It was fun, and again a reminder this fall for the Big Annual
Star Party in Algonqui Park ....If interested, our email
