COMMENT: No significant changes in the solar and geomagnetic situations
are recored. The only sunspot group on the solar disk (NOAA AR 0998, no
Catania number) is unlikely to produce a C-class flare. A small coronal
hole near the equator is unlikely to become geoeffective. The Earth is
still inside the slow solar wind flow (speed around 320 km/s). The
interplanetary magnetic field has a weak to average magnitude (3-4 nT).
We thus expect quiet geomagnetic conditions.
TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 000, BASED ON 10 STATIONS.
