COMMENT: Solar flaring activity remains at the C-level due to
continuing flaring in NOAA ARs 1538, 1542, and 1544 (still no Catania
numbers). More C-class flares will probably occur in these active
regions, as well as in the NOAA AR 1543 that has beta-gamma
configuration of its photospheric magnetic field. An isolated M-class
flare is not excluded either. The Earth is currently inside a slow
(around 320 km/s) solar wind flow with average (5-6 nT) interplanetary

magnetic field magnitude. We expect quiet geomagnetic conditions.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 087, BASED ON 18 STATIONS.
