COMMENT: Flaring activity picked up to regular C-flares coming from
sunspot groups now at the East limb. The flux proton levels are still at
a elevated level, just below the threshold for the >MeV as a
consequence of the CME eruption early in the morning of July 23. This
means that we are still geomagnetically connected with the source/CME.
The geomagnetic conditions are quiet to unsettled and are expected to
remain so.
