B. Proton Events: The greater than 10 MeV proton event observed at
geosynchronous orbit that began at 17/1715Z, reached a maximum flux
of 136 pfu at 18/0600Z, and ended at 21/0310Z.
C. Geomagnetic Activity Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet
to unsettled levels with an isolated period of active levels
observed at the Boulder magnetometer.
